Lead Times / Rush Orders / Payments / Returns
• Our lead times can vary depending on our current workload. Pieces usually ship in 8-14 weeks.
• In-stock items ship in 3-10 business days.

• In a time crunch? We do accept rush orders on a case by case basis. Please call or email us directly to discuss fees, timelines, and to place orders.
• No refunds will be given for custom, rush or discounted orders.
• We have a 7 day return policy on seating and small boxed items that still have the original packing. The returned piece must be free of any damage, The buyer will be responsible for any shipping/packing fees.
• Refunds for large items such as dressers, dining tables, consoles, etc, will be given on a case by case basis, and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The buyer will also be responsible for any shipping/packing fees.
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of purchase, with the remaining 50% due before the piece is shipped.
• Payments can be made by ACH, Credit Card or Check.
